About Naomi
Food should feel safe, fun, and never judged. My belief on this been shaped from over five years working within leading research and clinical institutions for nutrition and dietetics, between Australia and England. I have specialised in children’s health and development, supporting families through fussy phases and food avoidance to the complicated beliefs, body image and food behaviours that emerge as we grow and develop. I now support people of all ages, bringing the same care, evidence-based practice, and human approach to adults navigating food relationships, health concerns and demands of modern life. My approach is evidence-based in science and grounded in a holistic view of the realities of life and what food means to each of us. My work as an actress and the theatre shapes how I work and my lived understanding of the creative lifestyle. My goal is to help clients to find freedom with food, to re-engage with their meals and sense of purpose through nurturing their mind, body and soul.
